With the kick off of the creature project, I wanted to start by creating a tiling texture for for, which would be used to help texture my creature.
The idea was to port this texture over to substance painter when I have retopologised all my work.
I wanted to go for a more realistic style, but given our tri-count limitation, It would be best to try make it look realistic in terms of texturing, which is why I will try and use all the tools at my disposal, including designer and in built materials in painter to achieve this realistic look.
